A joint-venture partnership between Orion Real Estate Partners (“Orion”) and RSE Capital Partners (“RSE”) announced today that it has closed on the acquisition of Forest Cove Apartments, a garden-style apartment community in Denver, Colorado.
Built in 1970, the 100-unit apartment complex is well-located to cater to an underserved workforce renter population that has been priced out of the new Class A buildings in the market. Orion plans to improve the property’s exterior and amenities and renovate the unit interiors. The property is located near Denver Tech Center, a major employment hub, and has direct access to Cherry Creek State Park & Reservoir, Hampden Heights Park, and Hentzel Park. Forest Cove is located within one mile of the Dayton Light Rail Station providing convenient access to public transportation.
